Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors entering the office
• Answer and direct incoming calls and messages
• Book flights and arrange travel for company executives
• Completes purchase/cheque/payment requisitions.
• Processing and filing invoices
• Overseeing office supplies and services including restocking supplies setting up desks and equipment for new hires etc
• Assist the on-boarding and off-boarding of local/remote employees
• Administer the local health and safety programs
• Assist in organizing employee events
• Other duties assigned by manager
  

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a related field
• At least two years experience in a similar role in an office environment
• High sense of urgency and able to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook)
• Ability to interact professionally in all situations
