Your Role As an Occupational Therapist you will: Provide disability management services as part of a community based interdisciplinary care model. Conduct musculoskeletal psychosocial cognitive and functional assessments. Perform home safety and home modification assessments. Develop and implement Occupational Therapy treatment plans that are client centered evidence based and focused on physical cognitive and psychological recovery. Utilize and supervise Rehabilitation Assistants or Kinesiologists during service delivery. Collaborate with doctors healthcare providers employers and insurance adjusters to optimize patient outcomes. Conduct worksite based services including job site visits ergonomic assessments and return to work planning and monitoring. Formulate detailed reports and recommend services based on assessment findings. What Is Offered Competitive above market compensation. $2500 signing bonus. Comprehensive benefits plan. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy. Eligibility for Provisional or Full Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists in the province of practice (COTBC ACOT or COTO). Professional liability insurance upon start date. Valid drivers license.
