Job Description:

This is a full stack role requiring both infrastructure and application-level incident response and remediation for mission critical personal banking business banking and mobile platforms.
Expertise in Dynatrace ELK Splunk and PagerDuty with deep knowledge of observability architecture for digital platforms; proven ability to design and implement observability as code using infrastructure tools like Terraform to deploy monitoring pipelines dashboards and alerting strategies.
Strong hands on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Terraform and Azure managed services (SQL MI Redis Functions Event Grid); demonstrated proficiency in instrumenting applications for comprehensive observability including distributed tracing metrics collection and log aggregation across applications in microservices and event driven architectures.
Must understand observability principles (instrumentation correlation IDs SLI/SLO frameworks) and have proven troubleshooting expertise across distributed systems diagnosing root causes across multiple service layers databases caches and APIs under production load.
Experience translating business requirements into observable systems is essential. Banking or fintech experience is preferred.
Certifications in CKA Terraform or Azure Cloud are a strong plus.
