The role

As a Nurse Practitioner hereyoulldeliver longitudinal primary care to families while working inside an expertinterdisciplinary team: physiotherapists occupational therapists counsellors speech-language pathologists dieticianskinesiologistsand nurses.

Youllbe a trusted guide for families providing personalized primary care for children and parents alike addressing immediate concerns while supporting long-term health. Beyond consultationsyoullhelp build the preventative lifestyle-focused programs that make this model work.

• Current full registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) including completion of the required NP registration and prescribing exams.

• Masters degree or higher in nursing from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current professional liability protection (CNPS or equivalent).

Compensation: $110$130/hour based on experience as an independent contractor is equivalent to $228800 - $270400 per bonus available.

Schedule: Minimum 0.6 to 1.0 FTE flexible hours. No on-call and no weekends.

Location: Tall Tree James Bay - Victoria BC(in person & virtual)
