Our global network includes facilities in Canada the United States and Hungary ensuring regional expertise and global Position:The Project Quality Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing quality activities for the Advanced Nuclear Material Research Center project. The role supports both engineering and manufacturing scopes and ensures all quality deliverables meet contractual regulatory and technical requirements. The position operates within an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) environment and ensures compliance with CSA N299.2 and project-specific requirements defined in Exhibit O. The role works directly with engineering manufacturing supply chain and project teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined implemented and Youll Be Doing:Project QualityPlan and coordinate project quality activities across engineering and project compliance with internal CSA N299.2 program as well as Exhibit O and all applicable codes and and maintain the Project Quality Plan and supporting inspection and test quality deliverables against project milestones and ensure timely quality requirements are properly implemented throughout the project traceability and completeness of quality records for final quality status risks and issues clearly and project schedule and milestone quality requirements are integrated into day-to-day project coach and mentor assigned quality engineers and inspectors on the QualitySupport engineering teams in applying project and regulatory quality design packages and technical documentation for compliance & verify that design verification and validation activities are configuration control and document control requirements are in design reviews and identify quality-related risks or QualityOversee inspection and testing activities for fabricated components and inspection and test plans are implemented including hold and witness shop floor teams to ensure procedures and quality requirements are manufacturing records for accuracy and nonconformances are identified documented and QualityVerify supplier qualification and evaluation activities & ensure procurement documents include required quality and technical supplier documentation for compliance prior to acceptance & monitor supplier performance and address quality issues as and Corrective ActionLead or support investigation of nonconformances and communicating with technical leads/&SMEs for resolution/dispositioning root cause analysis is completed and corrective actions are and close NCRs CARs and audit findings in a timely recurring issues and support corrective measures at a system :Expectation of travel to Eclipse locations is less than 10% of time however may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances to meet organizational needsWhat Were Looking For:Education:Engineering degree or technical equivalent; Professional Engineer (.) designation is an certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and/or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)) is considered an Welding Supervisor or Welding Inspector certification is an :Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in nuclear heavy fabrication or industrial environments with exposure to both engineering and manufacturing in a project-based quality leadership role (e.g. Project Quality Lead Senior Quality Engineer) responsible for planning and executing project quality working knowledge of applicable codes and standards including CSA W59/W47.1 CSA N299/N286 and relevant ASME supporting EPC-style project delivery including design control and change management procurement and supplier quality oversight fabrication and inspection planning (ITPs withhold/witness points).Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with QMS contractual and regulatory with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects and construction contract quality requirements is an ability to coordinate quality activities across engineering procurement fabrication and supply chain interfacing with clients regulators and inspectors including audits and formal capability in managing nonconformances corrective actions and continuous improvement We Offer: Reimbursement for tuition and professional dues 3 weeks of vacation and 3 paid personal days (to start) RRSP matching program Free snack programWhy Join Us:Here at Eclipse Automation creation and innovation are at our core and our culture reflects that.
