Job Overview:
We are looking for a senior infrastructure/network security professional with strong hands-on experience in VMware NSX-T firewall administration Palo Alto firewalls and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in NSX-T architecture distributed firewalls IDPS/IPS routing NAT and enterprise network connectivity.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware NSX-T
- Palo Alto Firewall administration and troubleshooting
- NSX-T firewall configuration and management
- Experience with NSX-T IPS/IDS/IDPS architecture
- Troubleshooting VMware segments and NSX-T connectivity issues
- Knowledge of:
- NAT
- Distributed Gateway Firewalls
- NSX Segments
- NSX-T Architecture
- NAT
- Strong network troubleshooting skills across:
- DNS
- Load Balancers
- Routing
- Connectivity Issues
- DNS
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto and VMware NSX-T firewalls
- Support NSX-T security and segmentation architecture
- Troubleshoot firewall routing and connectivity issues
- Work on IDS/IPS/IDPS configurations and related issues
- Manage distributed gateway firewall policies and NAT configurations
- Troubleshoot VMware network segments and NSX-T related issues
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for issue resolution and architecture improvements
Preferred Experience:
- Enterprise network security environments
- VMware virtualization ecosystem
- Large-scale enterprise infrastructure support
- Multi-site or hybrid cloud networking environments
