NET Developer (Optimizely)

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Optimizely Implementation:
Design and develop custom solutions using Optimizely DXP including configuration content modeling and personalization capabilities.
Backend Development:
Architect and implement scalable secure and high-performance APIs and microservices Core / .NET 6 and C#.
Frontend Engineering:
Build modern accessible and responsive single-page applications (SPAs) using React ensuring an inclusive and seamless user experience.
Cloud Infrastructure:
Deploy and manage application workloads on Microsoft Azure leveraging services such as App Services Azure Functions Azure SQL and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
Database Management:
Design efficient database schemas write optimized SQL queries and maintain data integrity using Entity Framework Core.
Collaboration & Delivery:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams contribute to an inclusive team environment and support agile delivery practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong experience Core / .NET 6 and C#
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Mandatory: Experience with Optimizely (DXP / CMS)
Solid knowledge of SQL (query optimization and database design)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80000$130000. This role is an existing vacancy.
