Ce rôle consiste à soutenir les services de soutien aux patients et aux prestataires ainsi que les services de commercialisation pharmaceutique de Cencora au Canada commercialisés par le biais de notre entreprise Innomar Strategies.
This role is in support of Cencoras patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.
Responsabilités:
Recevoir numériser et documenter tous les renseignements cliniques pertinents en conformité avec la PON/protocoles et les lois applicables;
Travailler directement avec les clients internes et externes pour demander des renseignements additionnels ou des précisions selon les besoins;
Examen des documents de données sources (y compris lexamen des rapports de visite RPP/PIR) et triage des informations sur les événements indésirables et des plaintes sur la qualité des produits en fonction des besoins des clients;
Saisie des données et saisie des informations sur les événements indésirables et des plaintes relatives à la qualité des produits dans les bases de données spécifiques au programme;
Tri et classement des documents entrants;
Effectuer un contrôle de la qualité des rapports dévénements indésirables conformément aux instructions de travail;
Assister ou effectuer les tâches de vérification des données sources;
Examiner la littérature médicale et scientifique pour trouver des informations sur linnocuité;
Préparation des rapports de rapprochement (hebdomadaires mensuels etc.);
Activités de transcription de traduction et de rédaction;
Préparation et réalisation de lettres de suivi sollicitées et de clarifications de données;
Assister et participer au processus de non-conformité/ACAP.
Lassocié de la pharmacovigilance se verra également confier dautres fonctions et tâches au besoin de temps à autre.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to patients and health care providers including but not limited to information on the Patient Support services specific diseases and therapies based on manufacturer provided materials and product monograph;
Work with patients and families to complete a needs assessment related to medication access;
Acts as a liaison between patients families health care providers and payers related to medication access.
Provide answers to general inquiry calls submitted via telephone or web-based platforms on program services disease state or product related questions based on information provided as part of the program materials
Provide ongoing support on disease state or product related questions based on information provided as part of the program materials to ensure patient adherence as dictated by the needs of the patient.
Refer the patient to contact their healthcare provider should the patient have clinical questions assessments and situations that fall outside program provided materials or manufacturer product monograph;
Database management and ongoing auditing of files and information captured;
Administer and adhere to case-management protocols including data collection on-going patient follow-up therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring adverse event reporting and liaison with primary healthcare providers;
Work directly with the reimbursement specialist and the physician to secure funding for their patients therapies; assist with alternative funding searches when needed;
Prepare for and attend extensive specialized training sessions for specific therapies provided by the pharmaceutical team as required;
Attend pharmaceutical meetings as required;
Attend patient meetings conferences as needed to educate patients and providers on Patient Support Program services;
Work with patient associations and advocacy groups as required;
Establish and maintain partnerships with pharmaceutical team;
Liaise with health care providers pharmacies and infusion clinics and other agencies as required to coordinate infusions drug delivery and resolve issues as they arise;
Clear communication to the manager team and the client regarding the management of patient cases;
With the managers participate in the training process of new Drug Access Navigator including but not limited to shadowing & call monitoring.
Provide feedback regarding current protocols databases processes inter-departmental relationships
Report Adverse Events / Severe Adverse Events following program Standard Operating Procedures;
The Drug Access Navigator will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time. May be required to be on standby/ on call as part of this role.
Niveau déducation:
Niveau détudes collégiales minimum requis; Un diplôme ou un diplôme avec une concentration en sciences de la vie est un atout important;
1 à 3ans dexpérience dans le domaine de linformation médicale de la recherche clinique ou de linnocuité des médicaments ou une expérience équivalente et connexe en pharmacie ou dans le domaine pharmaceutique
Connaissance de lindustrie de la pharmacovigilance y compris une connaissance à jour des directives de pharmacovigilance de Santé Canada de la FDA de la EMEA et de lICH;
Capacité dadaptation au changement et volonté dacquérir de nouvelles compétences au besoin;
Une expérience dans le domaine médical ou pharmaceutique est un atout;
Le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est un atout;
Capacité de travailler un quart de travail de 8heures entre 8h et 20h le cas échéant.

Connaissances informatiques (incluant: Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint et dautres programmes Office);
Un bon accès à lInternet est nécessaire pour le télétravail.
Education:
Requires a minimum of three (3) years and preference of greater than five (5) years in the healthcare pharmaceutical or insurance industry or related experience;
The preferred candidate has healthcare and case management experience in medical or hospital practice or the insurance or bio-pharma industry;
Bilingualism (French and English) required.
