Were looking for a reliable motivated individuals with a positive attitude toward teamwork to fill an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) position at our South Bay Chip Plant.

Responsibilities
- Install maintain and repair mechanical and industrial equipment in a production environment
- Perform SMAW and FCAW welding in all positions
- Troubleshoot repair assemble and conduct preventive maintenance on machines
- Repair or replace chains belt conveyors gearboxes hydraulics and more using electronic tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and environmental standards
Qualifications
Education: Industrial Mechanics diploma (Minimum Block 4 or higher)
- Experience: 2-5 years in an industrial environment
- Willingness to work shifts weekends and holidays
- Must meet JDI selection criteria
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations
- Strong work ethic discipline and diligence
- Skilled in problem-solving (hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting)
- Team player with a commitment to safety
- Quick learner autonomous and meticulous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsosted
