Seasonal Position Full-Time; Hourly

Some Morning Evening Weekendand Holiday availability required.

We areseeking a new or experienced Member Services Specialist to join our team at TheGlendale Golf & Country Club. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor providing outstandingservice to our Members and guests ensuringthat their experience at our Club issecond to addition to managing the storage of golf bags the drivingrange and power carts this individual will also play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of the Club and working effectively as part of ateam.

Provide exceptional customerservice to all Members and guests ensuringthat their needs are met in atimely and professional manner.

Manage the storageof golf bags ensure they are cleanedstored securely and retrieved promptly for Members andguests of the Club.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the drivingrange including- picking and washing the range ballscleanliness of range tee area and staging of all accessories.

Operate and maintainpower carts ensuringthat they are in good working order cleaned staged and available foruse by Members and guests.

Clean and maintainall areas of the Club including stagingarea driving rangecart barn bag room and lunchroom.

Ensure that all surfaces are kept cleanand free from dirt dust and debris.

Remove trash and recycling from the Clubhouseareas on a regular basis.

Follow all health and safetyregulations including using protective equipmentand following proper cleaning procedures.

Work effectively as partof a team assisting other staff membersas required.

Previous experience in customer serviceis considered anasset.

Ability to performphysical tasks such as operating power carts and lifting rangeball bins golf bags and supplies.

Strong attention to detail and abilityto maintain a high level of cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skillsand a commitment toproviding outstanding service.

Flexibility to work early morningsevenings weekends and holidays as required.
