Develop medical protocols SOPs and best practices. Support recruitment onboarding and professional development of veterinarians. Lead doctor meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Serve as Veterinarian of Record and ensure regulatory compliance. Deliver an exceptional client and referral experience. Remain an active clinician within your area of Looking For DVM (or equivalent) eligible for licensure in Ontario. Experience in a specialty or emergency hospital. Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style.
