Experiences and skills youll use to solve:

Youll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic diverse and fast paced strategy and M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. Youll help clients grow faster and work smarter and solve problems that matter and create tangible value through strategy value creation and M&A. Types of projects youll work on include growth and turnaround strategies fully integrated due diligence organisational design data analytics operational excellence and the creation/ review of financial models. Whatever issues youre solving with your client youll work with inspiring leaders who will help you achieve your goals and be your best. Youll quickly develop business acumen as well as core consulting project management and coaching skills.

When you join us youll have the opportunity to develop consulting skills in Strategy Analytics Corporate Development Financial Modelling AI and Operations all within your first 2 years. As you progress your career youll have the opportunity to align to a few of these core skills based on your interest and business needs.

Youll also have the opportunity to gain knowledge and serve clients across industries and sectors including Financial Services Energy Utilities Mining and Industrial Products Defence Technology Communications Retail & Consumer and Private Equity.

What youll bring to this role:

Skills & Education:

• Enrolled in post-secondary education preference will be given to third-year students

• Strong quantitative analytical structured problemsolving and communication skills with data and analytics literacy and AI fluency (including effective prompting) to synthesize complex information into clear actionable insights.

• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas

• Strong executive presentation and synthesis skills to present our work and findings to our clients

• Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients

Location & Other Requirements

• Youll be comfortable travelling to cities across Canada (when deemed safe to do so by applicable public health or regulatory authorities and PwC)

• This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract.

• Wed love it even more if youre bilingual in English and French however this isnt a requirement.
