Material Supply Assistant Temporary

• Picking customer and branch parts orders

• Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment

• Sorting and binning incoming stock

• Loading and unloading of the parts trucks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (Grade 12)

• Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills

• Ability to successfully work under minimal supervision

• TDG and WHMIS certification coupled with forklift training will be considered assets

• Previous warehousing and core inspection experience as well as computer literacy are also desired

• Forklift training and experience working with radio frequency and bar-coding technology would be assets

• A strong commitment to safety is imperative

Important Information:

• This position is based in Calgary AB on a 5x2 Shift. (Monday-Friday)

• Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement

• Temporary until December 13 2026.
