Master Data Coordinator (6- month Contract)

• Maintain update and validate master data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Review data requests resolve discrepancies and provide support for master data inquiries.
• Monitor data quality through audits analysis and issue resolution ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure master data complies with internal policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Track and report on data quality metrics and contribute to process improvements that enhance business performance.

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration Information Management or a related field.
• Experience in data management data entry master data or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and high-quality data.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
• Experience working with ERP systems and data platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and Outlook.
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
