Job Summary

Role Impact:

The Marketing Specialist will bring experience and passion for marketing to design build and execute campaigns programs and activations across the Marketing team for our customers at CF properties and within the broader community. This role is fundamental within the Marketing team to help deliver a positive perception of CF through our communications and provide foundational support in planning building and executing CFs high priority and impactful marketing programs. The incumbent will execute projects on time and on budget to deliver great results knowing when to escalate and getting help and collaborating with others across CF and across the country effectively and efficiently.

Reporting to the Senior Director Business Growth & Partnerships this role will build strong relationships and have a key role in monitoring managing and expanding the national partnerships business to achieve revenue targets. This role will prepare sponsorship decks prepare outreach plans prepare Statements of Work as well as work cross-functionally with the experience leasing marcom and digital teams to integrate and plan for our clients success and ensure CF achieves partnership revenue targets.

What you will deliver:

  • Support marketing campaigns by executing assigned projects while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and meeting strict deadlines. Coordinate invoicing and expense tracking to ensure accurate coding payment allocation and budget reconciliation.
  • Work closely with Marketing / Business Intelligence to help integrate key learnings and insights into programs and support any survey or research work required to track analyze and report performance of programs against key KPIs.
  • Ensure that all marketing programs and assets align with CF Brand Guidelines and deliver a positive perception of CF.
  • Find opportunities to improve solve problems and ultimately optimize marketing delivery for the CF customer.
  • Actively track industry trends best practices and innovative channels to eagerly test learn and implement new opportunities.
  • Manage and execute client prospecting (outbound and lead generation) for brand partnerships and sponsorships using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) AI Dashboards and other outreach tools.
  • Work with the Manager Business Growth & Partnerships to design build and format custom sales collateral and partnership proposals to ensure the team can respond to market opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Gather data from various teams (including Research & Insights Experience and Community Engagement) to create comprehensive data-rich reports for the Senior Directors review showing ROI for active sponsor clients in support of contract renewals.
  • Manage and qualify inbound partnership requests.
  • Maintain the CRM database track deal pipelines update contact information and follow up on client communicationsmonitor contract details and expiration timelines and keep sponsorship inventory up-to-date and aligned across Accounting and Legal.
  • Work alongside sales agency partners to prepare operational updates.
  • Act as a client service liaison responding to general information requests and escalating inquiries to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Gather multi-channel analytics (such as traffic counters data event surveys and social/media measurements) analyze and interpret marketing metrics campaign data and partnership KPIs to perform post-campaign analysis and build compelling first-draft wrap reports.
  • Work cross-functionally with Experience Design & Delivery Property Operations Specialty Leasing Finance and Tax to manage multiple national brand partners across properties to ensure integrated fulfillment of sponsorship benefits.

What you need to succeed:

  • Post-secondary education preferably in Business Marketing Communications Digital Marketing or Event Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience preferably in partnerships CRM tools and analytics.
  • Proven experience with preparing sales reporting coordinating invoice workflows and working with detailed tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform raw cross-functional data into cohesive narrative first-draft presentations.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge in project management tool Asana.
  • Knowledge of budget and invoice management tools.
  • Knowledge in Google Suite.

Starting base salary for this job level may range from $58194 - $77592. The actual base salary offered will consider several factors including but not limited to the role experiences skills & qualifications location market and internal considerations; with this context CF reserves the right to pay above this range.
