As a Community Marketing Representative youll be our front-line ambassador engaging guests at local locations.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Hilton Grand Vacations with professionalism warmth and enthusiasm at top local attractions and events.
• Offer personal recommendations on local hotspot restaurants events and must-see attractions.
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective guests (no cold calling!) and invite them to our award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
• Incentivize guests with exclusive offers and experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and deposits.
• Meet or exceed performance standards while delivering exceptional service.

What Were Looking For

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and identities. If youre passionate persuasive and ready to grow we want to meet you.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales brand ambassadorship or marketing preferredbut well train the right candidate.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Persuasive selling skills
• Resilient and confident in overcoming objections.
• Energetic outgoing and driven by results.
• Comfortable using smart devices and digital tools.
