Marketing Advisor, CivilDefence & Security Temporary
Job Summary
The Marketing Advisor supports the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across Civil Aviation and Defence & Security portfolios within a complex B2B and B2G environment. The role plays a key operational and advisory function ensuring alignment with the internal team timely delivery of marketing activities and consistency in execution.
Reporting to the Lead Marketing strategist the marketing advisor is working closely with Marketing Strategists agencies and cross-functional teams the Advisor contributes to the planning tracking and deployment of campaigns content and programs. The role also supports performance tracking budget coordination and the development of executive materials enabling efficient decision-making and operational rigor.
This is a temporary position with a 6-month contract.
Description
1) Stakeholder Coordination & Operational Support (15%)
- Act as a central coordination point between Marketing Strategists agencies and operations teams (communications digital social tradeshow..)
- Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure execution efficiency
- Support governance processes including status updates follow-ups and meeting preparation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes tools and ways of working across the marketing function
2) Campaign & Content Execution (30%)
- Manage follow-ups with agencies to ensure timely execution and production of marketing assets
- Coordinate campaign deployment across digital and media platforms including:
- Asset readiness
- Scheduling and timelines
- Internal ops stakeholder alignment
- Support the implementation of marketing programs ensuring consistency with strategy and messaging frameworks
- Coordinate inputs across teams (content digital media events) to enable seamless execution
3) Performance & KPI Support (20%)
- Support the structuring and maintenance of KPI frameworks aligned with marketing objectives
- Consolidate performance data across campaigns events and marketing activities (internal teams and agencies)
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Help monitor key indicators related to campaigns content performance and engagement
4) Executive & Administrative Support (35%)
- Maintain and update the master project tracker ensuring visibility on priorities timelines and deliverables across portfolios
- Support executive presentations by:
- Gathering inputs and data from internal stakeholders
- Coordinating contributors
- Producing clear impactful slides and visuals
- Coordinate with agencies to track:
- Key deadlines (campaigns videos deliverables decks)
- Progress and status of deliverables
- Support financial processes by:
- Assisting with PO requests and approvals
- Tracking actuals and supporting budget follow-up and reconciliation
- Supports Business Units budget tracking and assists in monitoring spend across:
- Agencies and production costs
- Campaigns and media investments
- Ensures alignment between planned activities and budget utilization
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
- 37 years of experience in marketing coordination campaign execution or marketing operations within B2B environments
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders agencies and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting campaign execution across digital content media or events
- Familiarity with marketing performance tracking and reporting
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM project management tools analytics dashboards presentation tools)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience within the aviation or defense sector
- Bilingual (French - English)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced matrixed environments
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive coordination across stakeholders
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage timelines deliverables and follow-ups in a structured manner
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
