Job Summary

As a Strategic Marketing Manager you willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing go-to-market plans aimedat high-net-worthadvisors within the insurance sector. You willleverageyourexpertisein strategic marketing and understanding of the insurance industry to create innovative strategies that enhance our brand presence drive growth and ensure weremainthe partner of choice for clients.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for targeting advisorsegments aligning with company goals and market opportunities.

  • Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of clients identifying key trends and opportunities within the insurance industry.

  • Campaign Development:Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to advisorsutilizinga mix of digital print and in-person tactics.

  • Relationship Building:Cultivate andmaintainstrong relationships with advisors acting as a trusted partner to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing support.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market initiatives.

  • Performance Tracking:Monitorand analyze the performance of marketing strategies using data-driven insights to make informed adjustments and improvements.

  • Brand Management:Enhance brand visibility and reputation among advisors through strategic partnerships sponsorships and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Budget Management:Manage marketing budgets effectively ensuring resources areallocatedefficiently to maximize impact and return on investment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing within the insurance industry with a focus onhigh-net-worthmarketclients.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and marketing principles.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

  • Exceptional communication(written and verbal)with the ability tobuild communication plans and write clear strong marketing deliverables.

  • Leadership and professionalism with the ability to influence and partner with employees at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiencyin marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; aMastersdegree is preferred.

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$85300.00 CAD - $135300.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
