About the Role

Were looking for a strong communication and stakeholder management leader to join our team as Manager Software Engineering Client this role you will lead the delivery quality and scalability of a web-based platform by coordinating internal and external development resources. You will ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions and that development outcomes are delivered on time within scope and aligned to quality and performance expectations.

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the web-based platform by translating business requirements into clear technical specifications ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams to achieve timely and effective outcomes.

• Oversee technical architecture and development across backend frontend and database components ensuring solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.

• Manage the outsourced development partner including day-to-day coordination performance monitoring against defined KPIs issue escalation and ensuring deliverables meet quality timeline and cost expectations.

• Drive Agile delivery processes by facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives while promoting continuous improvement and efficient development workflows.

• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards including code reviews testing practices and performance optimization to ensure reliable high-performing application functionality.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in software engineering with demonstrated leadership or team coordination responsibilities.

• Experience managing or coordinating with outsourced or offshore development teams.

• Strong technical background in backend and frontend development frameworks and relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).

• Familiarity with Linux-based environments.

• Exposure to data security legal or compliance considerations in software development.

The base salary range for this position is $111100 - $152800. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
