HERES HOW YOULL CONTRIBUTE:

• Lead and manage one or more strategic programs composed of multiple projects ensuring alignment to business objectives timelines budgets and outcomes.
• Own the endtoend program lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution monitoring and closure.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams and internal stakeholders to drive delivery manage interdependencies and resolve issues that impact program success.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans roadmaps communication strategies and implementation plans.
• Monitor program progress risks issues costs and benefits escalating and mitigating as required to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide ongoing reporting on program status milestones and performance to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support change management and adoption by collaborating on training plans documentation and stakeholder readiness activities.
• Conduct ongoing analysis related to delivery risks financial impacts and program benefits to assess value realization and inform decisionmaking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and applicable customer or partner stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.

HERES WHAT YOULL BRING:

• Proven experience in program management project delivery or related roles within complex crossfunctional environments.
• 5 years of experience managing large initiatives programs or portfolios of work.
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Lean Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope timelines budgets risks and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience using data to inform decisions and track outcomes.
• Highly organized and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey status risks and recommendations to all levels of the organization.

Total Direct Compensation:

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g. base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances where applicable)
