Manager, Internal Reporting

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager Internal Reporting on a full-time temporary basis (term up to 20 months) with our Corporate Accounting team. This is a hybrid position and is based in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

This role plays a key part in shaping how financial information is consolidated analyzed and delivered to leadership across FCL and its group of companies. What youll do:

• Lead the end-to-end monthly internal reporting cycle ensuring accurate consolidations allocations analysis and timely delivery to leadership.
• Oversee quarterly reporting including Board materials presentations and supporting financial insights.
• Direct the preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts including financial statements and key supporting schedules.
• Partner with subsidiaries and stakeholders to strengthen reporting processes and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Act as the go-to expert for financial reporting systems (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Planful) driving improvements and efficiencies.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals providing direction on technical accounting matters and reporting deliverables.

Who youll work with:

You will report to the Senior Manager Financial Reporting and collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting subsidiary teams and senior leadership. You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of two experienced accounting professionals while supporting reporting needs across the organization.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Finance and:

• Have a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration with a major in accounting.
• Have 8 years of progressively responsible experience in financial reporting including leadership experience.
• A professional designation in accounting (CPA) required.
