What youll do:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive sales growth profitability and operational performance across Home Centre and Lumber operations within the designated zone.
- Coach develop and support Operations Advisors and Local Co-op leaders in identifying opportunities executing action plans and achieving business objectives.
- Lead operational profitability and improvement initiatives through performance reviews financial analysis and implementation of sustainable growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Local Co-ops and Home Office teams to share market insights align strategic priorities and ensure successful execution of programs projects and business initiatives.

The Team: You will work closely Operations AdvisersLocal Co-op General Managers CEOs Operational Division Managersand will have3direct reportsandwill report into theSenior Manager HABS Operations.This team strives to cultivate a culture that is customer-centriccollaborative empowering team members to deliver exceptional service and drive continuousgrowth.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in ourConsumer Productsbusiness unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such asFCL Managers Local Co-ops ZoneStaffand suppliers.
The Customers: You willdemonstratea strong customer focus by supporting Local Co-op leaders HABS management and staff through effective training guidance collaboration and relationship building.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Have8 Years of relevant progressively responsible experience in retail store operations.
- Have aBachelors Degree in Business or Commerce.(a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Experienced in partnering with dealer networks and providing responsive support in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
- Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
