Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon SK.

What youll do:
Serve as the primary finance partner for an assigned business unit providing strategic financial advice and supporting key operational and business decisions.
Lead the budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes while helping business leaders identify opportunities to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Analyze financial results trends and key performance indicators to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support earnings cash flow and capital decisions.
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities challenge assumptions and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions that drive business performance.
Review investment proposals capital requests and business cases to ensure sound financial analysis governance and alignment with organizational priorities.
Foster a culture of financial accountability by strengthening financial processes supporting continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing financial knowledge across the business.
Who youll work with:
The Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Modelling & Advisory youll collaborate with Vice Presidents Directors and leaders across your assigned business unit as well as partners throughout Finance including Corporate Accounting Tax Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis. Together youll provide financial leadership that supports informed decision-making and long-term organizational success.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:
- Have 8 years of progressive finance experience including significant experience in financial planning forecasting budgeting and business performance analysis.
- Have a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
- Hold a professional designation (CPA/CFA/CBV).
