Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon SK.

What youll do:

• Serve as the primary finance partner for an assigned business unit providing strategic financial advice and supporting key operational and business decisions.

• Lead the budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes while helping business leaders identify opportunities to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.

• Analyze financial results trends and key performance indicators to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support earnings cash flow and capital decisions.

• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities challenge assumptions and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions that drive business performance.

• Review investment proposals capital requests and business cases to ensure sound financial analysis governance and alignment with organizational priorities.

• Foster a culture of financial accountability by strengthening financial processes supporting continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing financial knowledge across the business.

Who youll work with:
The Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Modelling & Advisory youll collaborate with Vice Presidents Directors and leaders across your assigned business unit as well as partners throughout Finance including Corporate Accounting Tax Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis. Together youll provide financial leadership that supports informed decision-making and long-term organizational success.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Finance and:

• Have 8 years of progressive finance experience including significant experience in financial planning forecasting budgeting and business performance analysis.
• Have a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
• Hold a professional designation (CPA/CFA/CBV).
