Job Description
  • You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelitys dynamic working arrangement.

  • Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

  • The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

  • This role requires travel approximately 10% of the time.

What Youll Do

Shape the Future of Talent at Fidelity Canada

Were looking for a passionate and strategic people leader to join our Human Resources team as Manager Campus & Student Experience.

In this role youll help shape Fidelity Canadas future talent pipeline by leading our campus recruitment and student experience strategy. Youll build meaningful partnerships with universities and colleges oversee our student development programs lead a team of Campus Relations Managers and create experiences that help students launch successful careers while delivering exceptional talent to our business.

As Manager Campus & Student Experience youll play a critical role in strengthening Fidelitys reputation as an employer of choice for students and emerging talent.

You will:

  • Lead and evolve Fidelity Canadas campus recruitment and student experience strategy.

  • Lead coach and develop a team of Campus Relations Managers fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and exceptional service.

  • Build strategic partnerships with universities colleges faculty leaders and student organizations across Canada.

  • Identify innovative opportunities to strengthen Fidelitys employer brand and attract top student talent.

  • Oversee the Fidelity Student Program ensuring students have a meaningful and engaging experience from recruitment through program completion.

  • Develop and implement programs that support student learning development networking and career growth.

  • Gather and act on student feedback to continuously improve the overall student experience.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure student programs align with business needs and future workforce planning objectives.

  • Leverage industry best practices insights and trends to enhance Fidelitys early talent strategy and programs.

  • Support Fidelitys presence at campus events sponsorships partnerships and student ambassador initiatives.

  • Translate strategic objectives into practical programs and initiatives that deliver measurable impact to the business.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Previous leadership or people management experience is considered a strong asset.

  • University or college degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in campus recruitment talent acquisition early career programs university relations workforce planning or related fields is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders across diverse groups.

  • Experience leading initiatives programs or teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

For this role your total rewards include:

  • Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $133000 to $164000 based on experience and qualifications

  • RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment we invest in your future with an RRSP contributionno employee matching required.
