Your main role with Standard Manufacturers will be to support manufacturing and maintain all physical assets throughout the plant. As well as to perform routine maintenance on equipment machinery and company facility as per our lean initiatives.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
- 3 years in hands on maintenance work
- Mechanically inclined read and understand blueprints diagrams and schematic drawings
- Adjust repair or replace defective parts on machinery equipment and establishment
- Communicates and solves problems with team and supervisor
- Clean lubricate and perform routine maintenance
- Understanding of Lean principles
- Safety-focused proactive approach to maintenance
- Critical thinker
- Motivated and committed to making an impact and improving department
