Maintenance Manager, STS and FSN
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and execute all maintenance activities supporting its trucking and field service operations across Canada and the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance for trucking operations field service divisions specialized wellsite equipment and the implementation of new assets. The successful candidate will also be accountable for the maintenance budget financial performance asset reliability and the continued growth and success of the maintenance division.

- Oversee develop and execute maintenance strategies for trucking and field service operations across Canada and the United States.
- Provide leadership coaching and direction to a diverse maintenance team.
- Lead and align maintenance personnel across multiple business units.
- Manage parts personnel and oversee parts inventory operations.
- Promote a strong customer service culture throughout the maintenance organization.
- Ensure maintenance operations support overall business operational and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance roadmaps for company-owned and owner-operator equipment.
- Oversee fleet asset management including specialized field equipment and company vehicles.
- Develop and implement maintenance best practices procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build a high-performing maintenance organization focused on accountability and operational excellence.
- Manage repair and maintenance budgets forecasting and planning activities.
- Implement and optimize electronic maintenance monitoring systems.
- Partner with Operations and HSE teams to ensure regulatory compliance employee training and a safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Minimum 10 years of experience within an oilfield services environment.
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing and mentoring large teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with both field operations and corporate leadership.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering Technology Commerce or Business Administration is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fleet maintenance operations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced spreadsheet and data analysis capabilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to convert operational data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience with financial statement analysis and budget management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Excellent time management prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience within oil & gas transportation logistics or related industries is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
