Work closely with the POD team to understand business requirements design and create test plans and test cases and participate in all aspects of testing including pre-PI and PI activities.

Create test scenarios and test cases and perform in-sprint SIT and E2E testing.

Design effective test cases using automation-based approaches and test design techniques.

Leverage existing automation frameworks tools and artefacts to ensure the testing process is continuous comprehensive and fully autonomous.

Create defects in JTMF and conduct defect triage.

Apply hands-on experience in Java SQL Selenium code reviews and automation.

Work actively with the Application Development team as one unified team to integrate a quality engineering mindset and concepts within the DevOps framework/pipeline.

Provide support to the QE lead with tasks and ad hoc requests as required.

Must Have :

Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands on experience with Mainframe testing using ISPF/TSO CICS online mainframe screens and writing queries in SPUFI.

Hands on experience in validating Mainframe Database IMS DB & DB2.

Strong knowledge in running JCLs & Procs.

Experience in Validating job logs in Spool.

Strong knowledge on Host files (PS PDS GDGs) Copybooks & File aid/Insync.

Working Knowledge OMR (Options Maintenance Request) for the Mainframe applications

Hands on experience in automating mainframe online screens with Java Selenium

Hands on experience with Endeavor version control.

Hand on experience in Jira /JTMF and Confluence

Experience with Test data management tool is an asset

Strong BFS domain knowledge with applications such as Investments (GIC/TFSA/RIO /RRSP /Term etc) /Deposit accounts/Loans /Line of credits /Debit cards Credit cards ATM & P0S

Experience in Participating in requirements architecture and design specification reviews

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Strong working knowledge of various test phases including functional integration and regression

Experience in Working with the scrum team to identify testing needs and opportunities.

SAFe/Scrum Certificate required

Nice To Have:

Understanding on API testing experience (SOAP & Restful APIs).

Familiarity with continuous integration & Continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Knowledge on Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning
