Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Data Masking Specialist to support data privacy and masking initiatives within Mainframe environments. The candidate will work extensively with z/OS COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM datasets and Mainframe utilities to analyze transform and mask sensitive information while preserving data integrity and application functionality.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Mainframe file structures COBOL copybooks record layouts EBCDIC data formats batch processing and automation utilities. Experience with data masking projects is an added advantage.

Top 3 Required Skills:

Strong Mainframe experience with z/OS COBOL JCL and DB2.
Hands-on experience with Mainframe datasets VSAM file formats COBOL copybooks and record layouts.
Strong troubleshooting experience with batch jobs JCL execution and Mainframe data processing.
Top 3 Preferred Skills:

Experience with REXX DFSORT ICETOOL or similar Mainframe automation utilities.
Knowledge of EBCDIC fixed/variable length records and COMP-3 data structures.
Experience supporting data masking data privacy or data transformation initiatives.
Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or equivalent experience.

Support Modernization Detailed Job Description: Design develop and maintain applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support core payments processing. Contribute to the development of payment flows supporting transaction processing. Build and support integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns. Participate in the design development testing deployment and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in a complex regulated environment. Collaborate with architecture QA and operations teams to ensure platform stability scalability and performance. Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub capabilities. Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
