We are looking for a self-motivated and dependable Shipper / Receiver with 3 years of warehouse experience to join our Global Logistics team in Calgary Alberta. This position is responsible for the accurate processing recording and handling of all incoming and outgoing goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a collaborative mindset and a goal-oriented approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with shipping documentation.
- Prepare package label and process outgoing shipments while ensuring materials are secured and shipped according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP systems to support effective warehouse and logistics operations.
- Safely operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to load unload move and store materials.
- Coordinate local pickups deliveries and transportation activities while working closely with internal teams vendors and carriers.
- Investigate and resolve shipping receiving inventory and documentation discrepancies to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Process product returns and maintain accurate shipping receiving and inventory documentation.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment by following company policies safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Position Details
- Full-time position fully onsite role.
- Work is performed in an industrial fabrication and warehouse environment.
- Occasional local travel may be required to support deliveries and logistics activities.
- Success in this role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse logistics and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing logistics shipping and receiving operations.
- Valid forklift certification with demonstrated experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience receiving shipping inventory tracking and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet shipping and receiving deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to read write and understand English for safety procedures shipping documents and operational instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with warehouse safety standards.
Physical Requirements of Position
- Ability to lift carry push and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work in an industrial warehouse and fabrication environment.
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a busy hands-on operational setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a warehouse logistics or distribution environment.
- Experience investigating and resolving shipping receiving or inventory discrepancies.
- Familiarity with safety programs warehouse compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing fabrication or distribution environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability strong work ethic and a self-motivated approach to work.
