About the Job

We are looking for a Trucking Coordinatorto support our Walker Environmental-Gro-Bark business.Reporting to the Business Process Manager you are responsible for the administration of the costing and invoice matching in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). This will includereviewing broker invoices and reconciling with the contract pricing and our ERP to ensure billing and ERP system accuracy.You will also assist with administrative and analytical support.This is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday out of our office in Oakville ON. The salary range is between $50000-$57000 based on qualifications and experience.

What you will be doing:

• Administer trucking data in the ERP system to ensure integrity accuracy and reliability.

• Help generate and maintain reporting and dashboards from the ERP system to support leadership visibility into operational performance trends and cost drivers.

• Work with operations finance safety and management to assist in design execution and distribution of standardized and ad-hoc reports.

• Support fleet safety and fleet maintenance administration by maintaining records assisting with compliance reporting and supporting risk mitigation initiatives aligned with company safety objectives.

• Assist in the administration and ongoing maintenance of enterprise systems related to compliance ELD and operational reporting ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes and supporting implementation of best practices.

• Act as a point of coordination between departments to ensure information flow task tracking and follow-up on outstanding items.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned supporting evolving business needs and strategic priorities.

Heres What You Need:

• Minimum High School Diploma. College or university considered an asset.

• 1-3 years experience in supply chain or logistics is a strong asset.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook and Word) for data entry tracking and reporting. Experience with Oracle software is an asset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have strong organizational analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Self-starter with strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
