What you will be doing:

• Assist with greeting guests seating and menu presentation
• Provide support to serving team by way of cleaning and resetting bar settings running food orders and on occasion taking beverage orders
• Stocking of bar fridges rotating of stock and maintaining a clean and organized storage area

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Clear reset and maintain tables to Forbes and brand standards
• Assist with mise en place polishing glassware and cutlery and restocking service stations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Lounge service areas and back-of-house spaces
• Communicate effectively with the service and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Assisting with set up of bar opening operations including but not limited to hygienic preparation of fruit garnishes juices purees and syrups
• Cleaning and closing down bar operations
• Follow all health safety and liquor service regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume lounge cocktail bar or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge or interest in cocktails wine sake and premium beverage service
• A confident professional and guest-focused approach to service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn take direction and grow within the department
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
• Serving It Right certification
