LoanIQ Developer

Were looking for a Senior Software Developer with deep Finastra Loan IQ expertise to join a financial services delivery team in Toronto. The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of loan management systems solid development skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What youll do

• Design develop and implement software solutions using Finastra Loan IQ
• Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure software quality and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Document software specifications design decisions and user manuals
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Stay current with industry trends in loan management systems and financial software

What you bring

• 7 to 10 years of software development experience with a focus on financial applications
• Strong functional knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ
• Proficiency in one or more of Java C# or Python
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Experience developing APIs and integrating with third-party systems

Work setup

• Hybrid in Toronto ON with remote flexibility
• 6 to 12 month contract renewable based on performance and project needs
