Whatyoulldo
Conduct file reviewsandloan assessments to evaluate credit risk and adherence to policies
Assess the qualityaccuracyand integrity of information to support sound credit decision-making
Develop conclusions and recommendations and share findings with senior leaders
Identifyopportunities to enhance credit policy guidelines and processes
Collaborate with business units such as Credit Risk Management Credit Policy Portfolio Management and Operations
Respond to inquiries and provide information related to loan review activities
Whatyoullbring to the team
Required qualifications
Degreein agricultural finance businesscommerceor a related field
Minimum 5 years of lending experience including small commercial lending or equivalent
Knowledge of agricultural and commercial lending practices and risk mitigation strategies
Strong analyticalorganizationaland interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a changing environment
Working knowledge of software applications and computerproficiency
Intermediate/Advancedproficiencyin both official languages (English and French) needed
Preferred qualifications
In-depth knowledge of lending guidelines credit policiesproductsand programs is an asset
