Asa Loan Review Analystyoullconduct detailed file and loan assessments to ensure consistency with established policies proceduresand risk guidelines. Whatyoulldo

  • Conduct file reviewsandloan assessments to evaluate credit risk and adherence to policies

  • Assess the qualityaccuracyand integrity of information to support sound credit decision-making

  • Develop conclusions and recommendations and share findings with senior leaders

  • Identifyopportunities to enhance credit policy guidelines and processes

  • Collaborate with business units such as Credit Risk Management Credit Policy Portfolio Management and Operations

  • Respond to inquiries and provide information related to loan review activities


Whatyoullbring to the team

Required qualifications

  • Degreein agricultural finance businesscommerceor a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of lending experience including small commercial lending or equivalent

  • Knowledge of agricultural and commercial lending practices and risk mitigation strategies

  • Strong analyticalorganizationaland interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a changing environment

  • Working knowledge of software applications and computerproficiency

  • Intermediate/Advancedproficiencyin both official languages (English and French) needed

Preferred qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of lending guidelines credit policiesproductsand programs is an asset
