Client: Female Senior Client

We are seeking a compassionate experienced and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide live-in care for a female client living with Dementia and Alzheimers disease. The client resides with her son and daughter-in-law in a supportive family environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of PSW experience possess a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle and be committed to providing high-quality person-centered care that promotes dignity comfort and safety.

• Assist with personal care including bathing showering grooming and hygiene support
• Provide assistance with dressing and daily living activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning
• Offer companionship emotional support and meaningful engagement activities
• Monitor client safety and well-being throughout the day
• Support mobility and encourage independence where appropriate
• Maintain a clean organized and safe living environment
• Follow established care plans and document/report any changes in the clients condition
• Communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators

• Female client diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimers disease
• Requires supervision companionship and assistance with activities of daily living
• Drivers license and personal vehicle required for transportation and errands as needed

• Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent healthcare training
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing personal care to seniors
• Experience supporting clients with Dementia and Alzheimers disease preferred
• Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient compassionate dependable and professional
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with family members
• Current First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset
