Job Summary

Arlyn Recruiting is partnering with a well-established full-service law firm with multiple offices across Western Canada to recruit a Litigation Lawyer for its Chilliwack office. Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel experts and other professionals
  • Conduct legal research and analyze legislation regulations and case law
  • Review evidence identify key legal issues and develop litigation strategies
  • Draft pleadings court materials agreements and legal correspondence
  • Prepare for and attend court appearances mediations and examinations for discovery
  • Manage litigation files from inception through resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure matters progress efficiently
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of post-call litigation experience
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
  • Flexibility to manage competing priorities and occasional urgent matters
