ClubLink is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our Member Services team as a LinkLine this role you will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests assisting with inquiries reservations and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding service while representing the ClubLink brand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage large amounts of in-bound calls
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
• Answerinquiries by clarifying desired information; researching locating and providing information
• Handle administrative requests and queries from managers

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Communication skills; strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Dependability
• Customer Service experience considered an asset
• Bilingual considered an asset
• Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• This is a fully remote year-round position.
• Must be able to work minimum 20 hours per week with the potential to increase to full-time hours.
• Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 hour shifts)
• Shifts run from 7am-6pm
