Who This Role Is Best Suited To

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in learning and development leadership development talent development training coaching consulting or education

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and connect with professionals interested in leadership and personal development programs through targeted advertising
• Conduct professional conversations with prospective participants
• Offer and provide Professional leadership training
• Engage in ongoing leadership and professional development training
• Generate Leads (full training provided) using a variety of online platforms
• Work independently while collaborating with a professional international network

Role Structure

This position operates in an Independent Contract providing a high degree of flexibility and autonomy while leveraging your expertise in leadership and learning development.
