Summary: FullStack Java Technical Lead (Java React) to drive the architecture design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a handson leader with strong expertise across Java backend and React frontend capable of guiding teams making architectural decisions and ensuring high quality endtoend delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and .
Provide technical leadership mentorship and code guidance to development and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
Design and develop responsive high-performance UI components using React ReduxContext APIs.
Collaborate with product owners architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Drive end-to-end application architecture ensuring scalability security and performance.
Conduct code reviews design reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
Lead production support incident resolution and performance tuning activities.
Contribute to and oversee CICD pipelines releases and deployments.
Collaborate with QA DevOps UXUI and cross-functional teams for integrated delivery.
Required Skills :
Backend (Java)Strong handson experience with Java 8 Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security
Expertise in Microservices architecture distributed systems
Experience in REST API development integration and performance optimization
Working knowledge of HibernateJPA (ORM frameworks) Frontend (React)Strong experience with Hooks functional components
Experience with state management (Redux Context API)Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript
Experience building responsive UI and reusable components
