The Lead Cook plays a key role in guiding the culinary team ensuring consistent food quality efficient service and adherence to safety standards while supporting a diverse multi-cultural menu. This position requires strong leadership organization and the ability to perform in a fast-paced multi-station environment.

As one of our cooks your Key responsibilities will be: 

• Lead and coordinate food preparation across all stations (breakfast grill chefs table and café)
• Support and execute catering production setup and service
• Ensure consistency quality and presentation of all menu items
• Train mentor and support team members to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor food safety sanitation and compliance with operational procedures
• Assist with menu execution incorporating multi-cultural cuisine techniques and variety
• Support inventory control prep planning and daily kitchen organization

Qualifications :

What You Bring 

• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within a high-volume multi-station kitchen
• Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
• Leadership coaching and team-building skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills 
• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g. lifting standing for long periods) 
• Commitment to safety respect and inclusion
