As part of the selection process once you apply to the role of your preference and if you meet minimum requirements youll be invited to complete a HireVue video interview and assessment and respond a few pre-screening questions. Candidates who successfully progress through the initial screening stage will be contacted by our recruitment team and invited to move forward in the Hiring Day process.

Remember that this is an in person event and youll be required to attend to either Toronto or Waterloo office and should you move to the next stage youll receive an offer in the next few days of the event.
