Job Summary
L3 Windows Administrator SCCM Windows Patching & PowerShell
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute enterprise-wide Windows Server patching and software deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server OS issues during incidents and production outages.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate patching deployment compliance tracking and reporting processes.
Monitor patch compliance and ensure adherence to organizational SLAs and security standards.
Generate operational and compliance reports using MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL queries.
Collaborate with infrastructure security and application teams to plan and implement patching activities.
Maintain technical documentation deployment procedures and operational runbooks.
Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Expert-level experience in Windows Server Patching and Software Deployment.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server Operating Systems.
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
Good understanding of Active Directory DNS and DHCP services.
Experience in MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and report generation.
Strong documentation and technical authoring skills.
Knowledge of incident problem and change management processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment and manage critical production systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing Microsoft SCCM/MECM Infrastructure.
Knowledge of T-SQL for report development and data analysis.
Exposure to enterprise monitoring and automation tools.
Understanding of Windows security and compliance requirements.
Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Microsoft Certifications related to Windows Server SCCM or Azure Administration.
