Your Role Your Impact
- Lead scalable contract management processes to optimize supplier performance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement engineering and project teams to align supplier strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure reliability by monitoring contract compliance and resolving issues swiftly to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and integrating best practices in supplier management.
- Promote knowledge sharing by mentoring team members and facilitating continuous learning within the contract management function.

What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in business engineering supply chain or related field.
- 5 years of experience in supplier contract management procurement or related roles.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation supplier relationship management and risk assessment tools.
- Strong understanding of rail industry standards compliance and operational excellence principles.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
