We are looking for a Key Holder /Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Crossroads location in Winnipeg MB!

What Youll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products trends and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals promoting new launches and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations including opening and closing duties acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge coaching in the moment and fostering positive energy.

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customerexperiences
• Strong communication organization and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable accountable and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
