You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

What you need to know about this position
- This role will be hybrid and based in Toronto.
- The role will be focused on direct customer management as well as flawlessly delivery both internal and external goals.
- The successful candidate for this role will have proven experience in leading a large complex customer excellent negotiation skills as well as leading and inspiring teams.
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience leading key accounts in Consumer-Packaged Goods.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex negotiations.
- Advanced understanding and effective management of P&Ls and financials (Trade spend mix management)
- Ability to leverage data (Nielsen customer POS and all available resources) to build compelling selling stories.
- Working with Field Sales team to deliver elevated in-store conditions and execution in both corporate and independent environments.
- Ability to influence and drive results leveraging cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering consistent results: sales profitability share growth.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree. MBA or other designation an asset.
Travel requirements:
- Minor travel to customer meetings .
