Key Account Manager British ColumbiaObjective and PurposeThe BC Key Account Manager will run Organigrams joint business planning with the British Columbia Cannabis Store and oversee other regional accounts in the province. The Key Account Manager BC will develop Organigrams assortment and shopper marketing strategy with the BCCS and BC based accounts working closely with sales planning and supply chain to ensure the provinces assortment reflects forecasted revenue and budgeted addition the role will be accountable for weekly and monthly deliverables for both BCLDB and AGLC provincial boards in support of revenue targets. This role will report directly to the Director of Western Canada. Role ResponsibilitiesManage profitable mix for Organigrams assortment in British Columbia and Alberta ensuring a balanced margin profile across Organigrams good better best brand and product hierarchy Support BCLDB & AGLC product call process and SKU assortment suggestions collaborate with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain Commercialization Operations and Marketing to plan and execute a profitable revenue generating assortment tailored to British Columbia consumer needs using market insights and dataWeekly order management and delivery planning to accurately meet BCLDB & AGLC demand; identify ongoing efficiency and savings opportunities with Supply and Sales planning & strategy peersManage inventory tracking velocity pricing submissions and RTV mitigation strategies with both BCLDB and AGLC to support margin contribution and revenue targetsMonitor and analyze sales performance; identify headwinds tailwinds and corrective action to planHandle inquiries complaints and non-compliance issuesEnsure compliance with all BCLDB marketing specific requirements trusted go to resource of internal OG stakeholders on all elements of BCLDB guidelines and regulationsSupport regular meetings with BCLDB and AGLC category teams and decision-making stakeholders develop reporting leverage insights and data analytics to support innovation and assortment evolutionConduct regular 1:1 meetings with BCCS and key accounts stakeholders (Supply Merch and Strategy)Lead customer presentations with BCCS and other BC based accountsDevelop tools (BC wholesale reporting dashboards) to provide RSMs and FSRs with actionable insights from BC wholesale and BCCS retail results. Work cross functionally with field sales team to align on market priorities and strategies to accelerate sales velocity to achieve forecasted Skills and Competencies5 years of key account or field sales experience in CPG or CannabisPost-secondary business degree/diplomaValid drivers licenseRole is based in Greater Vancouver AreaSome travel may be required for customer meetings at retail. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across functions and departments with an ability to lead through influenceStrong data analysis (Excel Power BI) and forecasting experience an asset Owners mindset and a hunger to drive resultsExcellent communicator (both oral and written)Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking skills and ability to craft compelling business cases
