Keith's Brewery Retail Store Associate

SALARY:The hourly rate for this role is $18.00 per hour.

VACANCY TYPE:This posting reflects a vacant position.

SHIFT: The shifts for this position are 25-30 hours per week and may be scheduled during opening or closing hours between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM with weekend and holiday availability required.

Overtime Eligibility:This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable labour laws and pursuant with collective agreement. Overtime is paid at the legally required rate and may vary based on hours worked beyond the standard schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a positive customer experience through service excellence in our Alexander Keiths Retail store

• Support customers in their purchases through knowledge of our beer and merchandise selection as well as our brewery tour experience

• Manage customer inquiries through emails and telephone calls

• Maintain a clean orderly and well-stocked workspace

• Complete daily opening and closing duties

• Act as an ambassador of the Alexander Keiths Brewery

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 19 years or older

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Well organized and an enthusiastic attitude

• Previous retail or hospitality experience would be an asset

• Knowledge of brewing processes would be an asset
