As Junior Salesforce Administrator youll play a vital role atBMO Capital Markets. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore the Junior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets training and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone who wants to gain a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to continue learning. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical role will work alongside other admins in the CRM group to provide Administration support for 2 Salesforce instances.
This is a varied business-facing role with the following responsibilities:
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation roles profiles permissions public groups
- User support tickets
- Execute business unit test plans at the application level
- Salesforce Reporting
- Identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow Builder fields page layouts record types custom settings dashboards and reports
- Monitoring user adoption
- User training and the creation of training materials
- Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
- Exercises judgment to identify diagnose and solve problems within given rules.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
- Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy protect assets and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks Policies Standards Procedures and Supporting documents) laws and regulations.

- Financial services (Capital Markets) knowledge.
- As a full-time employee we would require 3-5 years of experience however as part of the BMO campus program we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn.

Pay Type:
The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
