Junior Forman PM Dock

• The Junior Foremans main role is to do all things needed to support the safety service and KPIs of the Winnipeg Terminal.

• This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Foreman

• The Junior Foreman also covers the Foreman for illness and vacation etc.

• Mostly Monday to Friday; shift starts at 11:00 AM To 8:30 PM some weekends when needed. 9-hour shifts

• Loading/Unloading/Cross Docking Freight/ Leading/Supporting/Coordinating

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of the City of Winnipeg and surrounding rural towns-ability to plan a delivery run.
• Leadership skills can clearly set expectations and assign tasks with company safety targets and service targets in mind.
• Willing to learn to run the PM dock 
• Ability to train new hires
• Forklift
