Junior Engineering Specialist – Co-op (Quality) Fall Term 2026

As our next Junior Engineering Specialist Co-op (Quality) youll be at the forefront of supporting quality and engineering initiatives that drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Your expertise in manufacturing engineering principles data analysis and problem-solving will be instrumental in improving processes enhancing product quality and supporting new and existing product development.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes equipment installations and product development activities.

• Prepare Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports and analyze production data using statistical software such as JMP.

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Provide technical support for tooling equipment processes and product-related issues.

• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to help resolve quality operational safety and production concerns.

• Assist in the development of standardized work instructions and process documentation.

• Support compliance with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 quality and EHS requirements.

What Were Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering program.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced results-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
