Were looking for a creative curious and fashion-passionate Junior Fashion Designer to join our Design team!

Working alongside experienced Designers youll get hands-on exposure to the creative process from researching trends and exploring colours and fabrics to sketching new styles reviewing samples and helping bring seasonal collections to life.

This is your opportunity to grow your creative skills learn the business of fashion and make your mark on a brand that celebrates style and individuality.

What Youll Do

• Get inspired: Research fashion trends competitors and customer preferences to help shape seasonal collections and fresh design ideas.
• Bring ideas to life: Create mood boards sketches technical drawings and design presentations that reflect the PENN. Penningtons aesthetic.
• Explore the details: Support the selection and development of colours fabrics prints and silhouettes that connect with our customers and brand identity.
• Be part of the design journey: Track samples revisions and product updates helping ensure designs move smoothly from concept to development.
• Collaborate and create: Participate in fittings product reviews and collection discussions working closely with Designers and cross-functional partners.
• Keep creativity organized: Maintain design libraries seasonal files visual references and technical documentation to support the team throughout the design process.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• A college diploma or university degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in fashion design product development apparel or a similar creative environment.
• A passion for fashion a strong creative eye and curiosity about trends colours fabrics silhouettes and customer preferences.
• The ability to create sketches mood boards technical drawings and design presentations with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and collaborate with different teams.
• A positive curious mindset openness to feedback and a genuine desire to learn grow and develop your design skills.
